Samantha F. Gentel, Esq. is experienced in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Medicaid/Mass Health Planning & Applications, Guardianships & Conservatorships, and Trust Administration. She is able to serve as Power of Attorney, Health Care Agent, Personal Representative and Trustee for her clients in certain circumstances (please inquire about our Attorney Fiduciary Program).
Samantha loves working with people directly and developing long-lasting relationships. Working in her chosen field of Elder Law gives her a chance to help individuals and families plan for their future and put their minds at ease.
Samantha is a regularly scheduled speaker for OutstandingLife, a virtual community of LGBTQ+ older adults. She has volunteered with organizations in her community, including the Sudbury Senior Center, Natick Senior Center, Asperger’s Autism Network (AANE), Jewish National Fund (JNF), Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD), MassNOW, and Berkshire Hills Music Academy where she worked with special needs students through the student-run UMass Boltwood Project.
Samantha is an LGBTQ Ally.
Samantha grew up in Newton, Massachusetts and currently resides in Natick with her husband Jeremy Gentel, their daughter Lily and son Max.
