We created our Client Care Program to be an easy and cost-effective way for our clients to contact us with questions, enjoy informative events, and make changes to existing plans.

ESTATE PLANNING - CLIENT CARE PROGRAM

Your estate plan is something that should change over time. Consider this:

  • Your estate plan should change when your family situation (such as birth of a child or divorce), your finances, and/or health changes.
  • Massachusetts laws change frequently, often requiring updates to your estate plan.
  • Many financial institutions & healthcare facilities are requiring Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy documents to be as recent as one year.

  • Free phone calls to our office related to your estate plan by you, your financial advisor, CPA, or insurance professional.
  • All other services regarding your estate plan at a 10% discount as your family needs change.

  • Client Care Quarterly – newsletter for members only

VIP Level Member Benefits

Includes all benefits from Premier package, plus:

  • Free Annual Meeting to review your estate plan to ensure your plan works as intended
  • “Jump the line” – Receive priority scheduling with an attorney
  • Free changes to your fiduciary designations including Guardians, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, and Successor Trustees.
  • Free Health Care Proxy for adult children, ages 18-21.
  • Reduced fee for probate administration (by continuing to participate in the client care program on an uninterrupted basis)

With the purchase of an Essential or Enhanced Estate Plan Package, you receive enrollment for one year in the Premier level of the Client Care Program for FREE. VIP level is available in the first year for an additional cost.

After the first year, you may choose which level of membership best suits your needs.

MASSHEALTH - CLIENT CARE PROGRAM

Having your MassHealth Application approved is just the first step. Maintaining eligibility annually is critical to ensure there is no interruption of your or your loved one’s MassHealth benefits. Our MassHealth Client Care Program addresses this and other issues that may arise.

Program Features:

  • Develop and respond to MassHealth eligibility review to help you navigate the hurdles to continued eligibility.
  • Reasonable telephone consultations with us about any legal matter related to your MassHealth status.
  • Our regular e-mail newsletters to keep you current on important and contemporary issues.
  • Invitation to exclusive quarterly inhouse events such as Q&A sessions with an attorney.
  • Invitation to exclusive client appreciation events.
  • For other legal matters you may encounter, access to our network of referral partners.
  • Free Notary Services for any type of document.

 

GUARDIAN / CONSERVATOR - CLIENT CARE PROGRAM

As Guardian and/or Conservator for a loved one, there are certain court-related responsibilities you need to fulfill in order to maintain your position. To assist you with meeting these obligations, we offer our Client Care Program.

Program Features:

  • Developing and filing court required Inventory, 60/90 day care plan and annual care or financial plan.
  • Preparing and filing annual reports or accounting (court filing fees extra)
  • Reasonable telephone consultations with us about any legal matter related to your responsibilities as Guardian and/or Conservator.
  • Invitation to exclusive quarterly in-house events such as Q&A sessions with an attorney.
  • Invitation to exclusive client appreciation events.
  • 24-hour online access to your Court appointment papers through our client portal.
  • Our e-mail newsletter to keep you current on important and contemporary issues.
  • Free Notary Services for any type of document.
  • For other legal matters you may encounter, access to our network of referral partners.
