Continuous enrollment in the Attorney Fiduciary Program (AFP) is a crucial part of ensuring your goals and values are known and followed.

Continuous Membership
Continuous membership in the Attorney Fiduciary Program is required when you name an attorney from Generations Law Group as a fiduciary in your Health Care Proxy and/or Power of Attorney document(s).
