GENERATIONS LAW GROUP's ATTORNEY FIDUCIARY PROGRAM

Our dedicated and experienced attorneys are available to serve in key fiduciary roles. Membership in the Attorney Fiduciary Program gives you peace of mind knowing you have a professional on your team who will ensure your life wishes are honored.

Attorney Fiduciary Program

When choosing the right person to play an important fiduciary role in your estate planning documents such as your Health Care Proxy or Power of Attorney, you may select a professional third party. This may be appropriate if you are aging solo, have conflicts within your family, or simply prefer to have a qualified professional manage your affairs if you become unable to do so yourself.
