Attorney Fiduciary Program
When choosing the right person to play an important fiduciary role in your estate planning documents such as your Health Care Proxy or Power of Attorney, you may select a professional third party. This may be appropriate if you are aging solo, have conflicts within your family, or simply prefer to have a qualified professional manage your affairs if you become unable to do so yourself.

ATTORNEY FIDUCIARY PROGRAM
When you name a Generations Law Group attorney as a fiduciary in one or more of your estate planning documents, it is imperative they know your life wishes so they can act on your behalf in the event of a crisis.
