Law firms, as providers of personal financial services, are now required to inform certain clients of their policies regarding the privacy of client information.  Generations Law Group has been and continues to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality, and we have always protected your privacy.  We want you to understand what information we obtain, how we use it and how we maintain your privacy.

When you become a client of Generations Law Group, you entrust us with personal and financial data.  We collect such nonpublic personal information directly from you or from third parties with your authorization.  This information may include your name, address, social security number or tax identification number, employment information, as well as information about your assets, liabilities, income, account numbers, balances or investments.

Information that we receive from you is held in confidence, except as agreed by you or as required or permitted by law and the rules of professional conduct.

In order to guard your nonpublic personal information from people outside of the firm, Generations Law Group maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.  Information that is obtained in the course of representing you or any other client is treated as confidential, and disclosures are strictly limited by the Massachusetts rules of professional conduct and federal rules applicable to lawyers.

If you cease your relationship with us or become an inactive client, Generations Law Group will continue to adhere to the privacy policy described above with respect to you.  We recognize that you have entrusted us with your personal and financial information with the expectation that it will remain private, and we treat this responsibility serious
