Phil came to the field of elder law and estate planning through his own family experiences in caring and planning for close family members afflicted with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Phil witnessed firsthand the challenges caregivers must endure, while at the same time, maximizing the quality of life for the loved ones.

Phil is the Managing Partner of Generations Law Group. He and his wife and partner, Cathleen, founded the firm in 2003. He concentrates his legal practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and criminal law. When representing clients, Phil seeks a prompt resolution to disputes, and most importantly to protect and advance his clients’ interests and rights.

Phil is an LGBTQ Ally.
